A 2% discount off all Bettas will automatically be applied to your invoice to cover normal losses.
Any item received with 50% or more DOA will be replaced on the customer’s next scheduled order or credited back to your account.
The decision as to replace or credit any losses will be made solely by Buy Betta Online.
Pictures of losses must be provided to Buy Betta Online within 24 hours.
Pictures must clearly show deceased Bettas in original packaging.
