How to place an Order...?
• Log in to
http://www.buybettaonline.com/
• In Home page you will see a description of BuyBettaOnline.
• If you’re not a Registered Customer, you cannot place an order. Then you have to register first.
• Now you can choose any item you like from the grid in
http://www.buybettaonline.com/index_Order.aspx and give any quantity for items and click on “Add To Cart.”
• The items will be added to the Shopping Cart.
• Go to
http://www.buybettaonline.com/ViewMyCart.aspx or click on View My Cart in the page.
• In here, you can change the existing quantities, delete items from the cart.
• This will direct you to a page contain Shipping and billing details.
• When you tick the Use above Customer Address the data will be filled.
• Then click Next and you will be direct to CheckOut.
• From here, you can continue shopping or Payments.
How to Register...?
• If you’re not a Registered Customer, you cannot place an order. Then you have to register first.
• To register go to
http://www.buybettaonline.com/Register.aspx .
• When you register, an email will send to your email account.
• From that page you will redirect to Edit Profile page.
• When you fill the required fields and submit another email will be send to you as Customer Profile Confirmation. But your profile will be activated within one business day.
• When the account is activated you can use the username and password in the Registration Email to log in.
How to Change Password...?
• In My Account you can see details about yourself and also a list of recent purchases.
• In My Account, there’s a sub menu called “Change Password”.
• In there, you can change your current password to a new one.
• An email will be send to your email account with the changed password.
Forgot Password...?
• If you forgot the password to your account you can reset the password by clicking on the link shown below.
• Go to
http://www.buybettaonline.com/ForgetPassword.aspx
• In this page you have to enter your email address and click on Submit.
• New password will be send to your account via an email.
• You can use it to login.
